How to Use

Step 1

While holding the stem, reach a hand over your head and gently pull top of your ear up and back.

Step 2

Insert the earplugs so all flanges are well inside your ear canal.

Step 3

If properly fitted, the tip of the earplugs stem may be visible to someone looking at you from the front.

Error Example

Make sure you feel it sealing and the fit is comfortable.If they become hard, torn or deformed, they should be replaced.
