Why is the conditioner bar smaller than the shampoo bar?

Despite its small size, the conditioner bar typically lasts longer than the shampoo bar. The formula is ultra concentrated and takes a long time to dissolve. The difference in size is an effort to have the bars run out at about the same time.

How long does the shampoo bar and conditioner bar set last?

Even though the bars are compact in size (perfect for Travel), these ultra concentrated bars are made of pure active ingredients (no water or fillers) and will LAST 1-3 MONTHS or more depending on length of hair and frequency of use.

I am new to shampoo and conditioner bars what can I expect?

You can expect the shampoo bar to lather very quickly (don’t use too much, 3 swipes is usually enough). The conditioner bar conditions and detangles your hair but doesn’t lather. But when you rinse, you’ll feel that your hair is conditioned.

The Conditioner bar takes a minute to get used to, do you have any pro-tips?

Make sure your hair is sopping wet when you run the bar over your hair. This will acitivate the bar. Don’t expect it to lather. Trust the process 🙂 When you rinse you will feel your hair is lightly conditioned, soft and detangled. Repeat if needed.

Why is the scent so light in my shampoo and conditioner bars?

This is intentional, we use only botanical oils & extracts for scent and don’t use toxic phthalates. (a chemical typically used in hair care products to accentuate perfumes) If you prefer heavily perfumed products, this may not be the choice for you.
