Case 2: Transformer circuit breaker tripped

1. Check behind the input voltage selection is consistent with the connection of the utility voltage

2. Check the use of power is less than 2000W, if you need a long time of continuous use is less than 1200W.

3. Press the circuit breaker button to wait for 1 hour to re-open.

Q&A

Q: Can it convert the frequency from 50Hz to 60Hz?

A: NO. Only the voltage is changed, not the frequency.lf the input freguency is 60Hz but yourappliance requires a precise 50Hz, it may affect efficiency or produce some noise.

Q: Will this work for my appliance?

A: Some appliances, such as heating appliances, irons, coffee maker, laser printers, require 2-4 times more watts at start up than the printed rated wattage.We recommend 3X efficiency factor for high wattage heat producing items such as Air Condition, Welding Equipment etc.

Q: Can it be used in other countries like Australia, Europe, Israel, etc.?

A: Yes.But the transformer is equipped with an American Standard power cord, if used in other country you may need a plug adapter.

Q: Can each of the 2 available outlets handle the maximum load independently and separately, or does each outlet have a watt limit?

A: The sockets are not independent, make sure that their combined power does not exceed the transformer.

Please select the correct input voltage on the back of the transformer before using(110V in US).The transformer only converts the voltage, not the frequency hz. If your appliance is not compatible with 50/60hz, it will have an effect on the usage effect.It is not possible to convert 120V to 100V for use. This transformer will generally step up the voltage to twice the original or step down the voltage to one-half the original.Some appliances, such as heating appliances, power tools, motors, laser printers, require 2-4 times more watts at start up than the printed wattage.We recommend 3X efficiency factor for high wattage heat producing items such as air condition, welding equipment, micro-wave oven and coffee machine etc.Please press the circuit breaker button on the back of converter to restore the circuit when the converter shutdown due to over-current or over load.
