How often should I apply the balm?

Apply the balm to your pulse points as and when needed, or proactively to support you throughout the day. You only need to apply a small amount. Apply the Sleep Well balm 20-30 minutes before going to sleep.

How long do the balms take to work?

For most people, the effects can be felt 5-20 minutes after application, depending on the individual.

How long does the scent last?

They tend to last between 1-3 hours depending on blend and skin type. Our balms do not contain artificial fixatives to prolong the life of the scent. They are made from 100% natural ingredients.

Why are the contents of the balm quite small in volume?

We only use the highest quality sustainably sourced ingredients. Our products are potent and should be used in small quantities to achieve the desired effect.
