How do I brush with a toothpaste tablet?

Wet toothbrush and pop tablet in your mouth. Crunch and chew with your back teeth (make sure you crush it well!). Start brushing to activate foaming. Our hydrating foam will reach its peak in about 30 seconds. Brush for two minutes. Spit and smile!
