What is Qi2 certification?

It is the only wireless charging protocol officially supported by Apple aside from its own proprietary protocol. Power banks with Qi2 certification offer strong guarantees in terms of charging efficiency and safety.

Why does charging stop at 80%?

Your iPhone may automatically stop charging at 80% to protect its Ibattery from overheating, as part of iOS 17’s thermal management strategy. Charging will resume once the device cools down. Moving it to a cooler spot can help speed up this process.

Why does it get hot during charging?

During magnetic wireless charging, some of the energy transfer is converted into heat. This is normal for all similar products, and there is no need to worry about safety (Lisen puts safety first).Please avoid using a very thick phone case.

Can my phone still be magnetically charged normally with a case on it?

Works with iPhone 12–17 without a case, or exclusively with magnetic cases whose thickness does not exceed 2 mm. It does NOT support non-magnetic cases (e.g., OtterBox Defender).
